Restaurant Find: Bone Daddies London

London is mad for ramen at the moment. There seems to be a new restaurant opening each month – and I think I have tried all of them! But there’s only one that I keep going back to – almost obsessively! – And that’s Bone Daddies London in Soho.

With communal tables and high stools, loud rock ‘n’ roll music and (normally) a long line out the door, Bone Daddies has won my heart with its ambience and comforting fast food.

The broth is 20-plus hours in the making so the intensity of flavour is impressive. I obsess over the T22, a ramen bowl with chicken, nori and a soft boiled egg, topped with cock scratchings; while my boyfriend is more of a spicy kimchee and shellfish ramen kind of guy.

Beat the masses by avoiding peak dining times – there’s even a late night menu for when hunger strikes after a night out.
