November SoundCloud Playlist: Theophilus London, Julio Bashmore, Jessie Ware, Kindness & More

Each month on Melting Butter, new SoundCloud and Spotify playlists gets posted with a tightly edited selection of the best new and classic tracks geared towards listeners with a sophisticated ear. To get notified as soon as they are released, make sure you subscribe to Twitter or Facebook.

November’s SoundCloud playlist features the new track “Do Girls” from Brooklyn-bred MC, producer and style-icon Theophilus London, who has now decidedly hit the big time with his new album “Vibes!” The track’s rhythmic, post-punk sound is a product of collaboration with the likes of producer Cid Rim and Kanye West (who arranged the track). Love it or hate it, it’s clear from one listen that the racy lyrics and big sonics have elements of Yeezy’s (somewhat narcissistic) attitude weaved into the track.
